History of the club and our stuff
The club was founded several years ago for sports activities of the locals, but it has expanded significantly ever since. At first, we offered gym and terrains for team sports. Nowadays, we feature dozens of various fitness programs, extreme sports, team sports, swimming pool and an associated restaurant with healthy food. The club owns its showers and locker rooms and all the necessary equipment for training. Our stuff involves professional coaches and trainers, fitness instructors and medical assistance.
Richy Syrusis an educated, well-trained, experienced and licensed personal trainer who leads TRX classes, boxing training and all the extreme sports. Excellent trainer for all those looking for intensive classes with cardio exercises and rapid energy consumption.
Irma Willison is a fitness instructor passionately dedicated to all aerobic, yoga, pilates, body shaping and stretching classes. Our regular lady members love her training. Irma adjusts the intensity and modifies series of exercises, so each class is always a new adventure. She, also, offer nutrition advice.
Marc Swanson is our coach for team sports. He trains, monitor, instructs and supervises all team games in our sports club, including basketball, football, and baseball. This professional basketball player offers his knowledge and experience to all our members.
Kelly Liebeskindis in charge of all fitness classes that integrate various types of dancing. It includes Zumba, Latin dancing, jazz ballet, fitness exercises in swimming pool, several types of yoga and pilates. Kelly brings a touch of art to her classes, so even the women training solely to lose weight find these classes attractive.
